I was at a party this weekend and somebody raised the question on the gripping of the bat. “Are you allowed to swing with one hand or do you need to grip the barrel of the bat with both hands?” asked the person. This was the first time I heard this question, but I’ve seen people swing one handed before. I responded that we didn’t have a ruling on that and I guess you could swing anyway you would like.
It seems doable in medium pitch formats but very unlikely for fast.
What do you prefer…one hand or two?
